Norby, Lead Pastor
Welcome to our website! My name is Stephen Norby and
I serve as ALC Lead Pastor. My family includes Brenda
Norby who is a Certified Physician's Assistant, Danielle
who is a student at Minnesota State University Moorhead,
Alicia and Erik, who are students at Windom Area High
School and Megan who is a student at Windom Area Middle
School We came to Windom in May of 1996.

Terry
Frovik, Pastor
Welcome Web-ites! My name is Terry Frovik. I am married to Pauline
Gustafson and we have three children. Sara is married
and is just beginning her career as a nurse,
Amanda is a student at the University of Minnesota,Twin
Cities and Erik is
at MCTC. I started at ALC February of 2007 as
Interim Pastor and on October 1, 2007, I accepted the
call to serve as Pastor.

Derickson, Administrative Assistant
Hi, my name is Gayle Derickson and I have had the
privilege of serving in the church office for many years
as Administrative Assistant. I have been blessed by
serving the people of God through His church. My
husband, Merle, and I have one daughter, Alyssa.

Elness, Christian Education Coordinator
Hi, my name is Tera Elness and I serve as Christian
Education Coordinator. I began my duties in May of 2006
and enjoy working with the children and parents of ALC.
My husband Kent and I have two children, Thomas and
Abby.

Pigman, Financial Secretary
My name is Wendy Pigman. I am the Financial
Secretary here at the American Lutheran Church. My
position involves taking care of the finances and
membership records of ALC. I have been employed here
since April of 2001. My husband Darwin and I have three
children, Dylan, Jesse and Paige.

Karen Skarphol,
Custodians
We are Jim and Karen Skarphol. We have served
as custodians at American Lutheran since May of 1984.
We are the parents of five grown children and the
grandparents of eight wonderful grandchildren. We are proud of our facility and would love
to show you around.
