New Member Information: Did You Know?
If you’re interested in becoming a member at ALC, you are welcome to join all year round! We have a “New Member Recognition” in both the Spring and the Fall.
If you are interested in becoming a member, or learning more about membership here at ALC, we ask that you fill out the “How Can We Serve You” Questionnaire in the Saturday/Sunday bulletin, call the church office, or speak to any one of the church staff. We will provide you a New Member Information sheet to complete/return and add you to our monthly Messenger/Newsletter mailing/email lists. At that point, one of our pastors will contact you to share more about ALC and our Lutheran faith background.
If you have questions at any time, you are always welcome to call the church office. Being a member means having a voice (a vote) at our mid-year/annual meetings on topics that pertain to everything that involves our church, the ability to serve on our various boards and committees should you choose to do so, and simply having a place to call your church home. Please note however, that membership is not a requirement to attend any of our services, activities, or events! Our goal here at ALC is to be a place where everyone feels welcomed, safe, valued, and a sense of belonging.
